Cathy Lawrence
President
Cathy Lawrence joined Terra Developments in 2015. Prior to that, Cathy had spent 14 years being involved on many different aspects of the new home building and renovation industry. Circa 2006 to 2007, Cathy worked on the design team to a number of projects Terra Developments was managing the development and construction for. This is when the idea was planted to merge her skills into the land development industry. Her current role with the company is overseeing the land development projects, land sales and hunting for every future opportunity out there!
Cathy holds her Real Estate Broker license with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission, and is currently the President of Terra Developments.
Doug Rogers
Senior Advisor
Doug Rogers is one of the founders of Terra Developments Inc. (Terra) in 1989. At that time Terra was primarily a Property Manager managing almost all 1,000 rental units in southern Saskatchewan. Over the years Terra moved into the development industry and has managed development and construction of numerous seniors, residences, shelters and purpose built rental accommodations within Saskatchewan as well as acting as Development Manger on a number of Residential Land Development projects, most notably the “Windsor Park” and “Skyview” neighbourhoods in Regina.
Today Rogers remains involved in the activities of Terra and has taken on the Role and title of “Senior Advisor”.
Joan Gobeil
Business Manager
Joan Gobeil has worked in the Real Estate industry for most of her working career. She joined Terra in 1993, when our primary focus was property management, then in 1998 as Terra expanded into Land and Project Development, so did her duties in the company. Joan handles all the accounting and financial reporting for all Terra companies, as well as managing the administration of all documentation involved in land development and property management – with owners, tenants, contractors, builders, lawyers, ISC, banks. She holds an Associate Broker license with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.
